This week I got to tag along at a Primary Health Care workers training. The students have been studying for a month and were ready for a trial clinic where they worked in groups to recognize and manage illnesses that the local patients had. Some of my good ol' days in the Stillwater Women's Clinic came back to me as I answered some questions, and I liked watching them work through what they had learned about medicines and injuries. Pray for these Karen students as they return to the camps, orphanages and villages they come from!
If you zoom in on this picture you will notice a man in the tree holding a cross bow. He is fishing apparently and now he is my new friend. I have seen him a few times at this place where I often read and have quiet time and he chats with me.

I always wear my helmet in CHiang mai!!!

And I went to the zoo again! It was lovely!
